Which platforms do you work on?

How is pricing set?
A fixed price per job, quoted in writing first. Monthly care is quoted by the number of sites. See Pricing.
How do I pay?
You get an invoice in your client area. Pay online with UPI, cards, net banking or wallets when online payments are switched on, or by bank transfer. See Refunds.
Do you offer monitoring or backups?
Basic uptime checks are in your client area: your homepage is loaded every 5 minutes from one location, and you get an email if it fails twice in a row and when it recovers. That is not an SLA or a full monitoring service. I don't offer backups or security audits. The health check is a passive, single-page check from one location. It is not continuous monitoring, a security audit or a backup service.
Will you work on my client's site without asking them?
No. I only work on sites where the owner has given permission.
Is the free site check safe to use?
It makes one normal page request from my server, blocks private and internal addresses, and does not store the result. See Security.
Do I need an account?
No. You can email me. An account gives you tickets, invoices and reports in one place, and you can sign in with Google if you prefer. Two-factor login is optional, and you can reset a forgotten password by email.
Who are you?
Nirvayo Technologies is a one-person technical studio in Kerala, India. I fix and look after websites for web agencies, and I only work on sites with the owner's permission.
