Which platforms do you work on?
Send me the site and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit before quoting.
How is pricing set?
Fixed price per job, quoted in writing first. Monthly care is quoted by the number of sites.
Do you offer monitoring or backups?
Basic uptime checks (every 5 minutes, one location, email alerts) are in the client area. They are not an SLA. I don't offer backups or security audits. The health check is a passive, single-page check from one location. It is not continuous monitoring, a security audit or a backup service.
Will you work on my client's site without asking them?
No. I only work on sites where the owner has given permission.
Who are you?
Nirvayo Technologies is a one-person technical studio in Kerala, India. I fix and look after websites for web agencies, and I only work on sites with the owner's permission.
